But when I realized it would take a long time before a small NGO working in a country, like say, Cambodia, might be able to purchase a small number of them (less than 100) to outfit a school, I was disappointed. My fellow BlogHer co-editor, Beth Kanter , has launched a fundraising campaign using ChipIn. Between now and December 31st, Beth is working to raise $750 for the Sharing Foundation , an NGO that works with local officials, orphanages, and NGOs in Cambodia to improve children's lives.
