I’m curious to see how Apple navigates announcing a feature like blood oxygen monitoring — something that has been on everybody’s mind during the pandemic. We’ll leave the mind reading to Elon Musk for now. The Apple Watch is, without a doubt, a health device first. Maybe even just a thought. Nvidia is acquiring Arm for $40 billion.

And ideas like, “All I need to do is OCR the local traffic manual — that a 15-year-old kid has to learn to get their driver’s license — and tell a computer to do it, and we’re off and running” turned into “Oh, there’s a bunch of norms in various cities that we need to encode in a semantic way, into the actual maps of the car.”. I don’t know.

The process is well-designed to remind participants what will be asked of them and how to meet the criteria, and the V&A provides participants with legal terms and conditions explaining that you are granting the museum a non-exclusive license to your contributed content. I'm of two minds on this. And that sets it apart.

There’s always been a blending of entertainment and sports, of culture and sports. Now, there’s a real blend of politics. Prior to 230, like when we were doing Broadcast.com and AudioNet, any piece of content that I have put on there, I had to have a license for it. They have to get a license before they put that on CNN, right?
