Was there anything helpful about that comparison between service engagement and impact? You know, I could say, “I’m going to lose it through healthy eating or exercise,” it’s action-driven. Grant proposals. Does that make sense? And I’m looking over. ” Yes. Is it measurable? Absolutely.

And so I had to come up with ways that made it easier for me to meet my benchmarks, to be successful, and get the results I needed for the nonprofit I was working for at the time. It was interesting because one of the exercises that I have people do is I will have them do their own Zoom video, as if they’re making the virtual ask.
