In the last month, NTEN staff have rested and recuperated (Jessica even traveled to China!), and debriefed a whole lot of the NTC. We also read through all of the NTC evaluations! The NTC is an event largely attended by Americans (and our gentle neighbors to the North). NTCFail 2: Name Badges. This is the second year in a row that we were missing a bunch of name badges. It's kind of hard to know if you're missing 100 name badges out of 2,000, so we clearly need a new system. NTCFail 7: Silos.

The fabulous Rob Cottingham, the NTC Official Cartoon Blogger, is helping us prep with some great cartoons -- you'll see them on our blog throughout the conference and at [link].
