As a consultant working for an agency, sometimes there can be some issues with sharing "institutional knowledge" but all of the presenters I saw -- orgs and agencies alike -- were totally open and honest and it is a delight to be in that kind of company. It also was down for the computers at registration (though not the badge printers!).
