Biggar receives a cash award of $1,000, and Care2 will donate an additional $1,000 to his favorite charity. Care2 Vice President of Nonprofit Services Clint O''Brien announced that Biggar had won the prize on Saturday (April 13th) during the awards luncheon at the annual NTEN (NTC) conference in Minneapolis.
