Giving back to the local community that physically hosts the NTEN Community through NTC Days of Service expresses a guiding value of the annual event. Throughout the 15NTC, there will be volunteer opportunities to engage and share the community''s skills with Austin, TX area nonprofits. We would love to hear from you!

But this fall, NTEN staff is traveling all over the country to various NPTech events. September 21 in Austin, TX : Social Media Boot Camp for Nonprofits is a half day workshop with Ridgewood. " Unfortunately, no one from NTEN will be in-person at the event, but Holly will be Skype -ing in for a session. Are you going?

As many of you know, we raised $10,020 to send 61 people to the NTC on scholarship , which has (so far) resulted in 556 views of the NTEN Community Rhapsody. Meanwhile, there were 11 permanent exhibitors in the Sponsor Showcase and 18 in the Georgia Pavilion. A big thanks to over 40 sponsors ! It cost $10,458.22

The official selections will be announced by the end of July and the festival will take place at the Spirit of Texas Theater at the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum in Austin, Texas on September 12-14.

You braved sleet and rain and even witnessed a snow day in Austin to take part in the 2015 Nonprofit Technology Conference (15NTC). While we didn’t get the gorgeous spring weather Austin is famous for, we laughed, we cried, we drank in almost as much coffee as we did knowledge during another record-setting NTC. You did it!
To demonstrate our love for the NTEN Community, we have a special offer for Valentine''s Day: register for the Online 15NTC between Friday, February 13 and Tuesday, February 17, and receive a free Online NTC registration for a friend or colleague. Some highlights… Austin noted that Convio now has almost 1,300 clients, after the acquisition of GetActive earlier this year. Austin’s main themes were: Integration with GetActive; new “Open” initiative; and Convio’s upcoming IPO I. GetActive Integration Austin said integration is continuing.
