When I left SXSW, I used Foursquare to check into the Austin Airport. SXSW and perhaps the NTC would be the only places where that would happen. . Matt called the planes in and out of Austin to SXSW the "nerd birds" because so many people fly in to SXSW that the planes are filled with geeks. This is exactly what happened.

After four fantastic years with NTEN, I've made the decision to move on and have accepted a position with PwC Advisory in Austin, TX. I had coffee with Gene Austin at NTC and he told me that the study is available for free but you have to register first to get your copy. That was the title of a session by Mark Rovner and Katya Andresen at the NTC in New Orleans that I really, really wanted to attend, but was presenting at the same time.
