We told attendees they could have 5 minutes and 20 slides in front of the captive nonprofit technology audience. Presenters and audience both take away from the experience a little more knowledge (if not a lot) and quite a bit of inspiration to either act on something or find out more.

Last year at this time, I was writing the chapter on ROI in the soon to be published book from NTEN called " Managing Your Mission." But ROI was not really intended to measure a technology project, program, or tool or any other isolated aspect of an organization. Defined Audience. They want to know: How much will it cost?

As part of the planning, it might be a good idea to have the slides so participants can organize their thoughts and prepare, but then transform it into an conversation by ditching the slides for the actual webinar. This makes for a lively and highly interactive session – and it is also very efficient. Large: Over 50 people.

If you have a homepage slide show that takes up a lot of real estate, maybe you want to ask "How many people actually click on the homepage slideshow? Did your organization put out a huge, game-changing press release?
