At the 2010 NTC in Atlanta, we built on what we learned and took this one step further by moving to a completely paperless evaluation system. The user's reply would trigger the next question and so on until the survey was complete (for a total of 5 sent and 5 received text messages).
So, we asked two questions: First, how do we connect the knowledge of what we know is possible with what we find within the nonprofit organizations? Another is an emergency assistance center in central Atlanta. In Atlanta, there are clusters of organizations in areas of high need which provide a range of services.
