My first exposure to "unconferences" or Open Space Technology was during a week-long arts and education professional development seminar in 1997.

MuseumCamp is a professional development experience that is part retreat, part unconference, part adult summer camp. While our camps have a registration cost, we work with sponsors to underwrite camper scholarships.
