There's been a lot of innovation in arts programming in the last few years. For myself personally, this gulf rears its head every time I go to a live music concert.

People lining the street on the Tuesday afternoon when the boards arrived from the Port of Oakland, cheering as the crates came off the truck. It is a bridge.
