Community First Program Design At the Santa Cruz Museum of Art & History , we've gravitated towards a "community first" program planning model. But there was no such program focused on the arts. There is a strong community of Oaxacan artists, dancers, and musicians in Live Oak. Not your voice. It's pretty simple.
