Right after OpenAI debuted its new GPT-4o image generation capabilities , tech bros flooded the internet with AI-made cartoons and memes imitating the style of the iconic Japanese animation house Studio Ghibli. The wave of ersatz Ghibli art was inescapable in AI spheres. One particularly viral example depicted JFK's assassination.
