Twitter suspends Sci-Hub account amid Indian court case

Journal articles are often costly to access, and many researchers and writers use services like Sci-Hub to bypass those costs. Publishers are unhappy about their content being distributed for free and argue that the site infringes on their copyright. Twitter did not immediately respond to The Verge ’s request for comment.
