Professional development is a great tool to combat these issues and allows all individuals to continue to thrive within their organization. Because of these updates, professional development courses/training had to be created and administered to airport personnel so that they could effectively continue to use the machinery.
Public Allies Arizona. In Spring 2010, I administered an informal survey as part of a Public Allies independent study project. I asked nonprofit professionals about their views on work-life balance and how it effects their day-to-day lives. So, how can nonprofit professionals realistically tackle work-life balance?
