There is a usefulness for a formal taxonomy or making it easy to find specific items, particularly for second wave adopters who may not be good at pattern analysis skills or people who can deal with messier data. Particularly if there is some momentum around using the NptechTag "folksonomy" to develop a more formal taxonomy.
