My internship took place at Fairbanks Youth Advocates in Fairbanks, Alaska. I was in Alaska for the summer as an AmeriCorps Summer Crew Leader. After two weeks, we had an agreement in place. Apply for Public Allies Arizona today! Once this was all in place, we worked to make the emergency shelter a Safe Place.
