Before joining the Double the Donation team, I had been working as a Learning Coach in a 10-month AmeriCorps program for Hands on Atlanta immediately after graduating from Johns Hopkins University. Prior to joining the team, I studied Advertising and English at Florida State University.

Nebraska receives more per capita from both individuals and grantmakers It’s no surprise that the states with the largest populations and the most nonprofits—California, Texas, New York, and Florida—receive the most charitable dollars overall. Nebraska ranks 37th for population and 36th for the number of nonprofits.
