The rest of the message and the entire year-end email campaign from Oxfam America were all well done. Last day to give – FWD: Nothing can prepare you for cancer. Cancer was never a thought in my mind.
They arent interested in large-scale issues like ending homelessness that goal feels too big. But providing meals and blankets for the homeless people in their community is more attainable. Maybe its the family member they lost to breast cancer or the poverty they experienced as a child. Its a difference they can see.
