They updated throughout the campaign with short videos and information to draw people to the page, then premiered their main program live. Alternatively, you can also pre-record your live-stream. Reach out to a talented volunteer or local artist to lead the class, and purchases the necessary supplies. Zoom to the rescue!

Email system like Mailchimp or Emma to message a larger audience and collect attendee information. We love the New York Public Library’s Anti-Proms , which provide an alternative, safe space regardless of sexuality, gender identity, and any other reason for NYC teens. Way to accept donations or money from the event. Be #UnSelfie–ish.

I haven't found a centralized resource that is presenting information about these institutions, so I'm going to start writing more about them. Machine Project is a non-profit storefront arts venue that hosts a dizzying array of eclectic classes, workshops, events, and occasional exhibits. One of my favorite places for a long time now.

Exercise Class You can hold a regular exercise class with a volunteer instructor—like a boot camp-style fitness program—for long-term fundraising. Alternately, you can sponsor a trip to a local pumpkin patch with entry fees going towards your nonprofit. You can also offer this as a standing class instead of a one-time workshop.

As knowledge shifts away from a scarcity model and towards one in which information is freely and instantaneously available, experiences are continue to be valued for their exclusivity. Secrecy operates on a scarcity model; if everyone knows about it, it's not as appealing.
