In the spring and summer of 2021, with funding from AmeriCorps, our research team held focus groups with volunteer administrators about their technology use in the pandemic. She just found a bunch of mom groups on Facebook, and started going in there and asking them about peanut allergies, and asking them about lactose intolerance allergies, just to get a sense of what they wanted.
