The Alabama Eye Bank is a nonprofit that helps those with corneal blindness to see again. Its job is to collect and supply eye tissue to surgeons in Alabama, as well as many other places, quickly. I rarely hear about a database as mission critical as that of the Alabama Eye Bank. The Alabama Eye Bank.

National hotlines If voters can't get to a computer, national hotlines can be a great catch-all. For sample ballots, voters should contact local election offices for paper versions, and most states have them on their website or built into their own lookup tools ( an example from Alabama ).
