Bloomerang’s State of The Nonprofit Workplace revealed “a flexible work environment” to be the number one workplace quality desired by survey respondents. 21% agreed that the negative things about their jobs outweighed the positive. 21% agreed that the negative things about their jobs outweighed the positive.
