As anyone who has followed my advocacy work over the last ten years will know, I am a fervent supporter of open licensing models as a profound public good. About 70% of traditional, non-gold, peer-reviewed journals are green. For example, all of Elsevier’s journals went green in 2004. Be Helpful.
