Marshall Kirkpatrick pinged me about SplashCast. It enables anyone to create streaming media 'channels' that combine video, music, photos, narration, text and RSS feeds. Using a variation of Ethan Zuckerman's advice of "point" don't advocate - I waited for someone to create a nonprofit channel.
