3) Find resources to build your skills, and give them time every week: webinars, listservs, online classes, books, etc. Don’t worry if it’s not the exact amount; just get in the habit of sending a chunk of money to the state and federal (and possibly local) government a few times a year. Attend conferences. use Turbo Tax.
