Any woman who is just coming on from Kashmir has access to some kind of connectivity to either an Internet cafe, or a cell phone, or a computer at her work. They came from Sudan, from Saudi Arabia, from all over, some of the most unheard places of the world. It's just accessible. I love that it's accessible to anyone.

And I do mean remote, with people working as far away as London, England and Saudi Arabia. If you don't have access to informal conversations and accidental knowledge, you can only learn about upcoming projects and opportunities for collaboration via official channels. Telework Headaches. When an issue hits the news I try to go specialty blogs (Saudi Arabia, Supreme Court, etc). My next book is definitely not Oprah-accessible. I try to skim the major political community/multiblogs across the spectrum (Kos, MyDD, Redstate, Townhall) but I also like to hop around, find new blogs. I never saw Colbert.
