We are working very closely with Dr. Yasmeen Qazi who is the Pakistan Country Advisor and her very talented team members, Dr. Iftikhar Soomro and Seema Zameer — all of whom understand capacity building programs. I selected the latter because all participants are on Facebook and can access it on their mobile phones.

In the newest eNonprofit Benchmarks report from NTEN and M+R Strategies, it’s easy to see what a compelling cause may be to Millennial donors: disaster. This rebound was led by an enormous 163% increase in the International sector due to emergencies like the earthquake in Haiti and flooding in Pakistan.

Maine Health Access Foundation did an experiment on Facebook , including it in its channel to promote a funding opportunity but also posted the initial letters of inquiry on their Facebook page to get feedback. The measures of impact for this project include diversity, deeper and more relevant reporting, and better connection with listeners.
