Consider holding a team captain kickoff meeting before registration opens to explain what’s new, what concerns you have addressed and why donations are needed more than ever. Ask them what can be improved, and what they would do differently.

Last month we reported that online fundraising response rates declined 27% between 2011-2012, according to the eNonprofit Benchmark study. Another set of important stats were around website traffic, registrations, and conversion rates. This is down slightly from the previous study where email registrations were 2.24%.
