Cake vs. Symfony

In Cake, the database build is separate from the application building (you do it yourself), whereas in Symfony, you use Symfony to build the database with schema files written in YAML. I also don’t like the overhead of learning YAML. for close to a year and I’m currently learning symfony. tjs 4 Ariel Arjona 11.20.08

What about nonprofits that don’t file an IRS Form 990 ? Couldn't someone build a NPO aggregator "clearing house" that did all of the dirty work Apple doesn't want to get involved in? In such a scenario, Apple would only have to approve the aggregator app, not the individual NPOs themselves.
