December 12, 2007 I had a good look at NTEN’s CRM Satisfaction Survey (yippee for data!), and although the sample sizes were small, and not representative of the nonprofit sector as a whole, the people surveyed seemed to like the open source tools available. That’s pretty impressive.

Where do they come from and what messages and services do they connect to? How many people are reading our materials in their RSS readers?
