In spite of the limited budget and the lack of a tech plan, I managed to improve, introduce, and migrate to new technology to make communication and collaboration more efficient for the staff in order to make it easier to meet our mission. In 2009, we finalized a technology plan. I estimated a long term budget for both solutions.
MicroEdge was established back in 1985 and released their Grants Management Software “GIFTS Online” in 2009.
