On a listserv the other day, Laura Quinn at Idealware asked if "Visit" or "Click" data on Feedburner were useful metrics to track to assess reader interest in your blog content. There are two different profiles: subscribers and visitors. For blogging, you have to use a couple of different tools to get the different metrics you need.
This spring, I was a member of the advisory board for the New Media Consortium's 2008 Horizon Report on emerging technologies in museums. Wikis don't explicitly acknowledge individuals with "profile power"--content is prioritized, not identity. But people who read a listserv aren't necessarily incentivized to contribute to the wiki.
