I'd try to figure out how in the world to measure how many people changed their avatars.

iCivics grew out of the OurCourts project, which began in 2008, inspired by the desire of Justice Sandra Day O'Conner for young people to understand the judicial system better. The ability to play and replay scenarios, choosing different actions and benefiting from an expert avatar counseling you along the way seemed really well done.
